Access Tickets Inc., is an independent and privately owned company engaged in the service of finding and providing tickets for venues in London and New York.


This website provides information subject to frequent change that may not yet be updated here. We therefore do not guarantee its content against change in shows, dates, times, show performers, or any other information.


Additional information and ticket pricing can be obtained by calling or emailing our reservation office. All booking fees and taxes are included. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Once purchased, all tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


Tickets purchased are held at the box office of the particular venue unless otherwise indicated. You will receive our confirmation for presentment at the will-call wicket. We will not be responsible for event postponements or cancellations, changes to venues, dates or event times, or missed performances due to illness, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, riots, acts of terrorism, or any other circumstances. Should Access Tickets Inc. be the direct cause of error, omission or negligence, reimbursement will not exceed the cost of the show ticket and will not include any reimbursement of the cost of  transportation, accommodation or any other expense incurred.

We make no warranties, and specifically disclaim liability for any services provided by third parties. You agree to waive any liability against Access Tickets Inc. for the actions of any third parties, whether negligent or intentional. Access Tickets Inc. agrees to act only as your agent and you agree to accept all liability associated with the delivery or use of services or goods provided under this contract.

In any event, Access Tickets Inc. will not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or their guests arising out of the booking. The limitations of liability will also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any guest for further costs, damages or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of a booking.
